GD Simplification (Investment Analytics) - Senior Associate Job Description
Who we are looking for
GD Simplification Business Analysts are stewards for their workstream(s) to facilitate on-time, on-budget delivery of initiatives that realize business oues. The candidate will be responsible for implementing the Global Delivery Simplification Operations Transformation initiatives for the investment analytics business functions. This team will report into the Head of Investment Analytics (IA) and into the GD Transformation organisation. The candidate will collaborate with delivery, product, and the global technology services team to ensure the core pillars of the program are fully adopted and operational requirements are clear, tested and rolled out to operations in a controlled manner, post implementation.
What you will be responsible for
As GD Simplification (Investment Analytics) - Senior Associate, you will:
Work with the business stakeholders to understand requirements, objectives and challenges Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams Create detailed documentation, process flows, data elements and user stories Produce test plans and oversee system integration testing Assist in project planning & maintain up to date project documentation Support operational changes to the business product, including documenting current state, transformation initiatives, and future state Identify opportunities for efficiencies (to improve productivity and performance) and drive delivery of such projects (automation, process improvements)

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Graduate of any discipline 3-4 years of overall experience with relevant experience/exposure in transformation, continuous improvement and project management. Project management and business analysis skills Process reengineering Operations experience on program initiatives and implementations Ability to effectively partner with operational leads, technology partners, senior management and business counterparts
