Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and experienced QC Chemist to join our Quality Control team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing chemical analysis on raw materials, in-process samples, finished goods, and water to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct chemical analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and water samples.
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality specifications.
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and ensure proper documentation of test results.
  • Identify deviations and support troubleshooting of analytical issues.
  • Prepare and maintain quality control records and reports.
  • Coordinate with production and QA teams for quality-related concerns.
  • Adhere strictly to safety and regulatory protocols in a chemical manufacturing environment.

Candidate Profile

  • Educational Qualification: B.Sc in Chemistry
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years in a chemical or bulk drug manufacturing unit in a Quality Control role
  • Sound understanding of wet chemistry techniques and analytical procedures
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills
