Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled ML Engineer with a focus on Generative AI (GenAI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to join our team in Bangalore. This role is perfect for someone with 1-4 years of experience who is enthusiastic about leveraging AI to transform the recruitment landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models, particularly in the areas of GenAI and NLP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions that meet business needs.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and integrate relevant developments into projects.
- Contribute to the design and improvement of our AI framework and API solutions.
- Engage in code reviews, documentation, and continuous learning to ensure high-quality code and product Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in machine learning, with a focus on GenAI and NLP.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Experience with NLP libraries like SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face.
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
