s Company Description Radiant Semiconductors is a VLSI services firm based in Bengaluru. We specialize in ASIC Verification, Physical Design, DFT, Analog Layout, and RTL Design Verification services for leading companies globally. We have recently expanded our scope to include Embedded, Automotive, and Software sectors, providing P&D services catering to VLSI, Embedded, Automotive, and Software domains.

: We are seeking experienced Full Chip Physical Design Leads to join our team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in physical design, who are looking for a challenging position involving scratch level project development. If you have extensive experience and a passion for creating innovative solutions, we want to hear from you.

: - Lead the physical design activities for Full Chip/Block Level projects. - Manage end-to-end physical design processes from RTL to GDSII. - Perform floorplanning, placement, routing, timing closure, and physical verification. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including RTL design, verification, and DFT. - Ensure design meets performance, power, and area specifications. - Implement advanced technology nodes and methodologies. - Troubleshoot and resolve design issues. - Mentor and guide junior engineers.

: - 10-20 years of experience in Full Chip/Block Level physical design. - Proficiency in EDA tools such as Synopsys ICC, Cadence Innovus, Mentor Graphics Calibre. - Strong understanding of physical design concepts, including floorplanning, timing analysis, power grid design, and DFM. - Experience with advanced technology nodes (7nm, 5nm, 3nm etc.). - Proven track record of successful tapeouts. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and leadership abilities.
