Salary(CTC): 18k to 25k (per month)
Location: Hyperlocal to Bannerghatta, Bangalore
A VM is responsible for managing the operations of the sports facilities he or she is assigned to. Some highlights of the role include:
●     Being responsible for the infrastructure of a sports facility and reporting to the manager in a timely manner,
plus being responsiblefor workingk with partners for maintenance and upkeep of the facility.
●     To ensure hygiene is top class and all utilities ( water, electricity, etc ) are properly functioning.
●     Talk to customers, answer customer queries, and create a positive environment at the sports facility for the
customers
●     To develop expertise in the tools that are used to manage operations - Hudle App, Sling, Slack.
●     Develop and maintain relationships with sports facility owners and its staff.
●     To ensure branding is installed well and is enhancing the ambience of the facility.
●     To ensure equipment is readily available for the customers.
●     Work with the managers directly to implement policies and follow them.
●     Represent Hudle with high ownership, integrity, and professionalism.
●     Develop and share insights related to pricing, customer experience, and operations with the central team.
●     Collect and Report collections in a timely and accurate manner.
●     To own and organize pickup games & events to create community at the facility.
Qualifications & Requirements:
●     Graduate in any field. Sports Grad is a plus
●     Basic to advance interest in sport.
●     Functional understanding of technology.
●     Conversant in Hindi, Kannada & English.
●     Very high in integrity, and punctuality and great at customer service.
●     Ability to work in shifts 6 days a week anytime between 5 am and 12 midnight.
●     Should be mobile - owning a personal vehicle will be a plus.
●     Past experience in the hospitality industry, including hotels, retail, QSRs, and facility management is preferred.
