Overview: We are looking for a motivated Process Engineer with 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role you will oversee the creation of project process simulations, process equipment sizing and data sheet creation for major equipment. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will ensure simulations and sizing are technically correct and completed on time. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation in engineering principles, proven track record as a process engineer, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients required to provide the ideal technical solution to client’s process applications. Key Responsibilities:
Single Point of Contact : Act as the primary contact for MENA and USA-based project teams working with regionally based customers.
Profile: Ability to review client specifications and create project specific process simulations, equipment sizing and datasheet related to liquid and gas handling applications. Specific applications include amine, glycol systems, pressure reduction and JT systems, metering skids and flow control manifolds, NOx emission reduction (ammonia handling) and fuel gas conditioning.
Time Management : Ensure simulations, data sheets and sizing is completed in specified amount of time.
Vendor Coordination : Coordinate with sub-vendors (e.g., heaters, scrubbers, filters, pumps etc) for required sizing and pricing information. Ability to evaluate vendor bids and bid clarifications.
Collaboration : Communicate process simulation status and issues effectively with the team.
Qualifications:
Experience : 5 years of experience with oil and gas process equipment simulation
Technical Skills : Proficient in Unisim (or Hysys), Microsoft Office and Windows XP. Ability to read, understand, and rough-out engineering drawings such as PFDs, P&IDs, data sheets and drawings (vessels, Heat Exchangers, control valves, pressure relieving devices, etc) and line sizes
Initiative : Self-starter with a high level of motivation and strong organizational skills.
Multitasking : Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and build relationships with customers.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Industry: Familiarity with industry standards such as API, ASME, and ANSI.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or mechanical engineering. Process Engineering focus.
