If you’re someone who takes initiative, values continuous learning, and thrives in a collaborative setting, we’d love to hear from you.Job DescriptionEducation: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in data governance, data management, or a related field.Technical Skills: Proficiency in data governance frameworks, data quality tools, data cataloging solutions, and data lineage practices. Knowledge of data management platforms and technologies is preferred.Business Knowledge: Experience in applying data governance practices to large-scale B2C data environments and digital transformation initiatives.Professional Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective data governance policies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Industry Experience: Preferably experience with large-scale B2C data and digital transformation. Experience in The client countries of operation is a plus.Behaviours: Commitment to continuous skills improvement and self-learning, timeliness, collaborative approach, ownership of work outcomes, empathy towards customers, and alignment with The client values. A start-up mindset is essential as we are developing a new capability for the enterprise.
