In collaboration with Hard.Coded, a leader in creating software development teams, we are assembling a high-performance team to deliver a groundbreaking product from the ground up. This project is not just about meeting expectations but exceeding them, setting new benchmarks for quality and innovation in the industry.We are seeking a passionate Lead Product Designer to join our team and take charge of our design strategy, translating it into simple and intuitive experiences for our customers. This senior role is crucial in shaping the user experience of our cutting-edge digital branding solutions and leading a team of talented designers. The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic environment where creativity meets technology, leading to unparalleled user experiences and groundbreaking branding strategies.ResponsibilitiesDesign Leadership: Contribute to the overall design strategy, ensuring that complex workflows are translated into simple, intuitive design solutions.User Research: Conduct and oversee user research to deeply understand customer needs, translating these insights into impactful product roadmap decisions.Cross-functional Collaboration: Influence product and engineering leadership to prioritize design challenges and integrate solutions into the product roadmap.Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels within the organization, showcasing strong storytelling skills.Mentorship: Mentor, coach, and lead a team of designers, building a world-class design team by providing well-documented, actionable feedback on product and design.Design Reviews: Lead comprehensive design reviews with a focus on interaction, visual design, and UX copy, ensuring the highest standards of design quality.Facilitate Workshops: Lead cross-functional Design Thinking workshops to drive innovation and align teams on design goals.Design Metrics: Utilize design and product metrics to measure the impact of design initiatives and drive user-centric value.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.Experience:6+ years of experience designing enterprise and large-scale consumer SaaS products.Experience with Gen AI and conversational design is preferred.Management experience Skills:Proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Figma, Miro, etc.Strong understanding of design and product metrics.Ability to balance diverse perspectives of stakeholders while upholding core design principles.Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail for comprehensive design reviews.Problem-Solving: Passion for solving complex problems with a strong focus on delivering user-centric value through design initiatives with measurable outcomes.Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring, and growing design teams to achieve excellence.Additional RequirementsStart Date: We need candidates who can join immediately;
