The ideal candidate will have professional experience in ERP Fusion/Cloud implementation projects, with a strong proficiency in Oracle Financial applications including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management (CM), and Fixed Assets (FA) modules.

This role involves leading and participating in the delivery of Oracle Financial Modules, conducting customer requirement analysis, configuration, functional design, and testing.

Key Responsibilities :

Oracle Financial Implementation :

- Lead and participate in ERP Fusion/Cloud implementation projects as a functional consultant.

- Manage the delivery of Oracle Financial Modules during implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.

Customer Requirement Analysis :

- Conduct detailed customer requirement analysis to gather and document business needs.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design documents.

Configuration and Customization :

- Configure Oracle Financial applications including GL, AR, AP, CM, and FA modules to meet business requirements.

- Prepare and maintain configuration documentation and functional design documents.

Functional Design and Testing :

- Develop functional design specifications for custom reports, interfaces, and extensions.

- Create and execute test scripts to validate the functionality and performance of configured solutions.

- Assist the technical team with clarifications and guidance on functional design.

Project Delivery and Support :

- Participate in and manage the delivery of Oracle Financial modules throughout the project lifecycle.

- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for Oracle Financial-related issues.

- Conduct user training and create user manuals for Oracle Financial applications.

Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :

- 4 to 8 years of professional experience in ERP Fusion/Cloud implementation projects as a functional consultant.

- At least 2-4 end-to-end implementation projects experience.

- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering Oracle Financial modules.

Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Oracle Financial applications: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management (CM), and Fixed Assets (FA) modules.

- Extensive experience in customer requirement analysis, configuration, functional design, and testing.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage project deliverables.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
