Job Posting: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Reputed Manufacturing Company in Kolkata

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our reputed manufacturing company in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and a proven track record in IPOs, private equity fund-raising, and managing relationships with bankers, investors, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- IPO Preparation and Execution: Lead the organization in preparing for a listing on the stock exchange, ensuring all financial and regulatory requirements are met for a successful IPO.

- Investor Relations: Manage and strengthen relationships with existing investors while attracting new ones, maintaining clear and transparent communication.

- Fund Raising: Drive private equity fundraising efforts, developing and executing strategies to secure necessary capital for growth and expansion.

- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with bankers, investors, and other key stakeholders to support the company’s financial strategies and goals.

- Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial leadership and direction, ensuring the company's financial health and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the manufacturing sector.

- Extensive exposure to IPO processes and experience in taking a company public.

- Demonstrated success in private equity fundraising and managing investor relations.

- Strong network and relationships with bankers, investors, and other financial stakeholders.

- Excellent strategic planning, organizational, and leadership skills.

- CA/CPA/CFA qualifications preferred.
