Job Title: Informatica MDM developerExperience:8-10 YearsNoticeperiod: Immediate to 15 daysLocation: BangaloreJD:Responsibilities:·Design, develop, and implementInformatica MDM solutions to manage master data across the organization.·Collaborate with businessstakeholders to understand master data requirements, data governance policies,and data quality standards.·Develop data models, mappings,workflows, and business rules in Informatica MDM Hub and Informatica DataDirector.·Configure and customize InformaticaMDM Hub components such as Match and Merge, Data Stewardship, and Data Quality.·Integrate Informatica MDM with othersystems and applications using APIs, web services, and ETL tools.·Implement data quality processes,data validation rules, and data cleansing routines within Informatica MDM.·Perform data profiling, dataanalysis, and data cleansing activities to ensure high-quality master data.·Develop and execute data migrationstrategies and data synchronization processes.·Monitor and troubleshoot InformaticaMDM workflows, batch processes, and data integrations.·Provide technical guidance,mentorship, and support to junior MDM developers and data stewards.·Stay updated with the latestInformatica MDM features, best practices, and industry trends.Requirements:·Bachelor's degree in ComputerScience, Information Technology, or a related field.·8-10 years of hands-on experience inInformatica MDM development and implementation.·Proficiency in Informatica MDM Hub,Informatica Data Director, and Informatica Data Quality.·Strong understanding of datamodeling concepts, relational databases, and data integration techniques.·Experience with data governance,data stewardship, and data quality management.·Knowledge of data profiling tools,data cleansing methodologies, and data governance frameworks.·Familiarity with ETL tools such asInformatica PowerCenter or similar.·Excellent problem-solving,analytical, and communication skills.·Ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a team environment.·Informatica MDM certification(s) aredesirable but not mandatory.
