BRINGING IT TO THE ROLEKFC is looking for a motivated and experienced Design Professional to join our Business Development team.
What will you be doing?As a design professional, you will be responsible for -• Coordinating and working closely with our partners to help them develop world class designs for Stores.• Being the custodian of store designs – develop designs for all upcoming stores.• Engaging with external design consultants to develop designs for Stores as per the template. o Some knowledge of MEP services will be an added advantage o Knowledge of latest Material pallets and BOQ’s (bill of quantities)• Cross-functional coordination.• Visiting On going sites and conduct site feasibility if required.• Some site/construction experience.
We are looking for someone with a:• Ideally worked in a design consultants office and not in Real estate / developers’ firm.• B.Arch. or Experienced Diploma Holder from a reputed college• Expert in AUTOCAD, photoshop, presentations• Communication and presentation skills• Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
