Deputy Factory Manager

Responsibilities for factory manager
We are a beauty and cosmetics factory in Dehradun and a manufacturing unit with a staff of 250 people who come under the supervision of the Factory manager. Our brand name is Olivia.
Guarantee all raw materials and packaging materials used in the manufacturing process are from approved vendors
Develop and maintain competencies quality awareness, and commitment to zero defects in the factory
Demonstrate passion for safety and the well-being of fellow employees
Demonstrate willingness to learn and contribute outside the area of quality
Support all corporate and divisional initiatives which may also include hands-on support for quality activities outside the plant requirements
Ensure products comply with third-party testing as required
Ensure adherence to good hygienic practices in the factory
Complete administration, inventory management, production planning, packaging and warehousing, logistics, maintenance, and q.c
Manage the internal auditing program, assessing the performance of the quality system, reporting its effectiveness to the management, and proposing actions for improvement
Ensure the monitoring of key quality parameters
Maintain full compliance with products
Lead efforts to ensure QMS complies with the latest ISO standards
Promote, mentor, and teach the use of systemic problem-solving tools/techniques to identify root cause issues and implement robust solutions
Qualifications for factory manager
Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Zoom)
Honest, open, candid, high personal integrity
Able to work in a network
Should be a team builder
Development of ‘integration plan’ for products new to the OEM
Graduation in Management or any other related field
4 - 5 years experience working in a Quality Control / Laboratory Testing function in FMCG, Food, Pharmaceutical, and other related industries at the middle management level with at least 2 – 3 years in a similar capacity
