The role involves engaging with medical retailers, promoting a transparent B2B e-commerce platform, generating orders, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.Key ResponsibilitiesVisit retailers and chemist stores in Gomia and nearby areas as per the planned roster.Promote and sell the concept of a B2B e-commerce platform with transparent pricing, assured quality, and timely delivery (same-day or next-day).Generate orders from retailers and consistently meet assigned sales targets .Collaborate with the team leader to resolve buyer concerns and provide effective solutions.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the pharmaceutical domain.Candidate RequirementsMust own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license .Experience in pharmaceutical sales, B2B business development, or retail distribution is preferred.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills .Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
