Ansell is looking for a

Assoc Director, R&D

to join our team in

India.In this position you will play a vital role in leading a high-performing team to enhance productivity and drive project success while fostering innovation in product development. This role involves mentoring staff, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting new product development initiatives.

What your role will be?Collaborating with our cross functional teams, you will have the opportunity to:To lead an effective module group and increase team’s productivity and efficiency.To plan, organize and coordinate all project works allocated to the module and increase project success rate.To identify opportunities for product and process innovation. Able to develop additional features and properties to new products with good quality at lowest cost.To provide technical support and expertise to manufacturing operation, marketing and company’s outsourced products as and when neededTo assist the Vice President and Director R&D Surgical with budget forecasting and implementation.To be a coach and mentor for the module staff on skill development.To ensure that the Quality Systems adopted by the Company are implemented and the regulatory requirements, wherever relevant, are met.To ensure Safety, Health and Environmental procedures are followed and to conform to the regulatory requirements, wherever relevant to company’s business.To support R&D modules on new product transfers to Ansell Lanka Plant.

What will you bring to Ansell?Experience in Rubber Gloves Manufacturing Company or related R&D environment.Strong technical knowledge in product development, process innovation, and regulatory compliance.Knowledge on latest technological development and advancement in the marketplace.Experience in Project ManagementGood analytical abilities and capacity focusing on continuous improvement and cost efficiency
