Job Summary: We're looking for an ambitious and energetic Creative Business Thinker with excellent market entry strategy, networking, and sales skills, to work as our full-time Business Development Manager. As our BDM you'll be given the responsibility to expand our clientele by being the face of the company and applying an effective sales strategy customized to respective prospects.

You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. You'll handle end-to-end sales processes, conduct client meetings, and provide expert advice on creative staffing solutions. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong client relationships.

Expectations and responsibilities

● Certifications related to sales will be a plus.

● Identifying and connecting with potential clients using Sales Navigator.

● Prospect, qualify, prove, and close stages of the sales process.

● Proven track record of using Sales Navigator and Proficiency in for lead generation and client engagement will be a plus.

● CRM integration with .

● Mandatory experience with CRM Tools such as Zoho CRM, and Salesforce, Lead generation tools such as Lusha, and Marketing automation such as Hubspot.

● Build the sales pipeline at all stages of the sales process and actively manage the pipeline to achieve success.

● Responsible for managing the company's lead database, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate. Track the conversion rates of leads, analyzing data to determine the effectiveness of lead generation

● Develop a growth strategy focused on acquiring new clients and agencies across industries

● Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs, and leads

 ● Track all engagement activities in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

● Work according to the business targets set by the management

● Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

● In the conversion stage – make demos, meet clients, get briefs, brief the team, and coordinate with them to deliver quality

● Maintain sales trackers for the business team and management to project/bill/analyze

● Promote the company's services by addressing or predicting clients' objectives

● Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales

● Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

● Keep records of generated leads, converted leads, revenue, estimates, invoices, etc.

● Provide reliable feedback and post-onboarding support

● Ability to handle all aspects of client and brand development by building long-term relationships with new and existing clients

● Help develop a cohesive team to understand and deliver client requirements

● Needs to have and be able to drive lots of contacts in the industry.

● Proactivity, accountability, ownership, and leadership qualities must Build the Wyred tribe – contribute and supervise/ create content for social media pages and work towards promoting the brand Wyred.

Job Specification

Qualification: Graduate (BA or BBA)/ Post-graduate, Preferably MBA (Business/ Marketing) or MA (Mass Communication)

Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in Sales

Salary: Open to discussion

Shift: Flexible with 6 days, WFOffice
