About the role
At SoftSync.ai, we're building the next generation of relationship intelligence with an AI-native platform. To make our product both intuitive and impactful, we're looking for a Product Designer with 4+ years of experience. In this role, you'll design seamless user experiences and visual assets that bring our vision to life, from product interface to brand storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Lead UI/UX design for our SaaS platform
- Create engaging landing pages and user-friendly help centers
- Design compelling sales decks and visual storytelling assets
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and brand guidelines
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing to ensure consistent, user-centered design
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in product and visual design.
- Proven experience with SaaS platform design (UI/UX).
- Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital products and brand assets.
- Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar).
- Ability to work independently in a remote, international team.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
