Key Responsibilities :- Serve as the SME for Oracle Project Accounting within Oracle EBS R12, providing expert guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.- Lead workshops and meetings with customers to gather and analyze business requirements related to Project Accounting.- Design and propose effective, scalable Oracle Project Accounting solutions aligned with business needs.- Collaborate with technical teams, including EBS developers, to ensure smooth integration and customization (CEMLI) support where applicable.- Identify, analyze, and resolve complex functional issues related to Project Accounting modules.- Engage stakeholders across all levels with clear and effective communication, ensuring alignment and managing expectations.- Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure solutions meet quality standards and business requirements.- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement Qualifications & Skills :- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 implementation with a strong focus on Project Accounting.- Proven expertise as a functional consultant or SME in Oracle Project Accounting.- Experience in conducting requirement workshops, gap analysis, and solution design.- Good to have experience in Oracle EBS technical development (CEMLI) and support.- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and deliver projects on Qualifications :- Oracle certifications related to EBS or Project Accounting (advantageous).
