In this role, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, promoting Clickastro products/services, and contributing to overall sales growth.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Clickastro products/services. Maintain positive relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Handle customer queries professionally via phone and in-person interactions. Maintain accurate records of customer communications and sales activities. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for promotional activities.Required Skills & QualitiesEnergetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about sales. Strong communication skills inEnglish and Hindi (fluency mandatory). Ability to manage customer interactions confidently. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets. Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.Qualifications6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (preferred). Education: Any degree (preferred but not mandatory, depending on employer requirements).
