Key Responsibilities:


· 2D & 3D Modeling and Design: Develop detailed 2D and 3D models and drawings based on project specifications and requirements.


· Candidate should be related to construction industry.


· Drafting: Prepare detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and plans for engineering and construction purposes.


· Quality Control: Review and verify design accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.


· Project Documentation: Maintain accurate records of design changes, project progress, and other relevant documentation.


· Software Utilization: Utilize AutoCAD and other relevant software tools efficiently to enhance design quality and productivity.


· Problem Solving: Identify and resolve design-related issues and challenges promptly and effectively.


Qualifications:


Education:


  • Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field.


Experience:


  • Minimum 2 - 4 experience in Civil & Moulding diagram.


  • Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in 2D & 3D Designing.


Technical Skills:


  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant CAD software.
  • Strong understanding of drafting standards and construction methodologies.


Soft Skills:


  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.


Additional Skills (Preferred):


  • Experience with 3D modeling software.
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
