About the Opportunity :

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer - Firmware to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will play a key role in designing, developing, testing, and debugging firmware for our embedded systems products.


You will collaborate closely with hardware engineers, electrical engineers, and other software engineers to ensure the seamless integration of hardware and software components.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and debug robust, efficient, and maintainable firmware for embedded systems using C/C++.

- Write low-level code to interact directly with hardware components (e.g., microcontrollers, sensors, actuators).

- Design and implement device drivers for various peripherals.

- Participate in the entire development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to system integration and testing.

- Collaborate with hardware engineers to understand hardware capabilities and limitations.

- Write clear, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to best practices.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system-level testing to ensure firmware quality and functionality.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in embedded systems technologies and programming languages.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in embedded systems firmware development.

- In-depth knowledge of C/C++ programming languages and embedded systems concepts (memory management, interrupts, real-time programming).

- Strong understanding of hardware-software interface (HW/SW) principles.

- Experience with debugging tools and techniques for embedded systems.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
