Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all sales, distribution, and marketing activities within the assigned state
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve state-wise sales targets and business growth
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team including Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Executives, and support staff
- Expand and manage dealer, distributor, and retailer networks across urban and rural markets
- Identify new business opportunities and key accounts in the hardware domain
- Ensure effective stock planning, order management, and supply chain coordination
- Monitor competition, pricing, and market trends; drive corrective action plans
- Conduct regular market visits and review performance metrics with team members
- Ensure proper implementation of promotional campaigns and brand visibility initiatives
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers
- Report state performance, forecasts, and insights to senior management
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, distribution, or channel management in the hardware industry
- Prior experience in managing a state or large region with a strong dealer-distributor network
