Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage all sales, distribution, and marketing activities within the assigned state- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve state-wise sales targets and business growth- Build and manage a high-performing sales team including Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Executives, and support staff- Expand and manage dealer, distributor, and retailer networks across urban and rural markets- Identify new business opportunities and key accounts in the hardware domain- Ensure effective stock planning, order management, and supply chain coordination- Monitor competition, pricing, and market trends; drive corrective action plans- Conduct regular market visits and review performance metrics with team members- Ensure proper implementation of promotional campaigns and brand visibility initiatives- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers- Report state performance, forecasts, and insights to senior managementEligibility & Qualifications:- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.- 10+ years of experience in sales, distribution, or channel management in the hardware industry- Prior experience in managing a state or large region with a strong dealer-distributor network (ref:iimjobs.com)
