You will be responsible for building high-quality mobile apps for students, parents, teachers, and internal teams—integrated with our LMS, CRM, OPS, and NUNA AI ecosystem.Responsibilities:- Develop high-quality mobile applications using Flutter or React Native - Collaborate with backend, frontend, UI/UX, and product teams to deliver smooth user experiences - Integrate REST APIs, Firebase, WebSocket’s, and third-party libraries - Build responsive UI and animations for gamified learning experiences - Ensure app performance, reliability, and optimization across iOS and Android - Troubleshot bugs, performance issues, and platform-specific problems - Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices - Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions - Work on feature enhancements, refactoring, and architecture improvementsRequired Skills & Experience:- 1–3 years of proven experience in Flutter or React Native mobile app development - Strong understanding of Dart or JavaScript/TypeScript - Experience with mobile app architecture (MVVM, Bloc, Redux, Riverpod, etc.) - Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and backend communication - Experience with state management, secure storage, local DB (Hive/SQLite), and push notifications - Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and version control workflows - Ability to write clean, reusable, modular, and testable code - Strong problem-solving and debugging skillsPreferred (Nice to Have):- Experience in EdTech or multi-role dashboards (Student/Parent/Teacher) - Familiarity with AI/ML or chatbot integration (OpenAI, Firebase ML, etc.) - Prior experience using animation/Gamification libraries - Knowledge of deployment to App Store & Play Store - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows
