About the Role :
As a Frontend Developer at Credera, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing high-quality web applications using modern frontend technologies.
This role focuses on building and maintaining user interfaces, integrating with headless CMS setups, and collaborating within an agile environment to deliver seamless, high-performing solutions.
Your expertise in frontend frameworks like NextJS will help drive the development of dynamic, user-friendly web applications.
Key Responsibilities :
Frontend Development : Develop and maintain web applications using modern frontend frameworks, with a strong focus on NextJS (experience with ReactJS or Angular is also valued).
UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure seamless and visually appealing user interfaces that meet user needs.
Headless CMS Integration: Integrate and work with headless CMS solutions like StoryBlok, Drupal, or similar platforms to streamline content management and display.
Code Quality: Ensure the code is well-structured, maintainable, and meets high standards of quality through unit testing and code reviews.
Version Control: Use Git for managing code versions and ensuring smooth collaboration with other developers.
Agile Methodologies: Actively participate in agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure successful project execution.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to constantly improve your development skills and processes.
Independent Contribution: Work autonomously to develop features, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality code with minimal supervision.
Required Technical Skills
Frontend Frameworks: Strong experience (2-5 years) with modern frontend frameworks (preferably NextJS, but Angular or ReactJS are also valuable).
JavaScript Expertise: Strong understanding and experience with JavaScript for building dynamic and interactive web applications.
Headless CMS Integration: Experience working with StoryBlok, Drupal, or other headless CMS platforms to integrate content dynamically.
Version Control: Proficiency with Git for version control, ensuring efficient collaboration and code management.
Responsive Design: Familiarity with responsive design principles and ensuring applications work across various devices and screen sizes.
IDE Tools: Comfortable working with IDE tools to streamline the development process.
Additional Skills and Experience :
Agile Scrum :
Experience working in an agile team environment, participating in scrum ceremonies and delivering features in iterative cycles.
Distributed Team :
- Experience working with distributed teams, demonstrating effective communication and collaboration across different time zones.
Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Individual Contributor : Ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and delivering quality solutions with minimal oversight.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design tools and principles is a plus.
- Experience with API integration and understanding of how to work with backend teams is beneficial
