About the RolewTVision is looking for a motivated and technically skilledBroadcast IT Engineerwith 0–3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate must have strong exposure tobroadcast systems ,IT infrastructure , andvirtual tracking technologies . This role involves ensuring seamless operations of broadcast workflows, system security, and integration of video and graphic solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain broadcast IT systems, software, and hardware. Work withvirtual tracking systemssuch asStype, Mo-Sys, and RedSpyfor virtual production workflows. Manage and troubleshootvideo cards(Matrox, Bluefish, Declink, and other capture/playout cards). Ensure system performance, network reliability, and broadcast security compliance. Support and integrateVizrt graphics systemsandAdobe Creative Suiteinto production pipelines. Collaborate with production, engineering, and creative teams to deliver high-quality broadcast solutions. Proactively monitor and resolve technical issues during live or recorded broadcasts. Document processes, workflows, and system configurations for future reference. Must-Have Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degreein Broadcast Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field. 0–3 years of experience inbroadcast engineering or IT within the media industry . Hands-on knowledge ofvirtual tracking systems(Stype, Mo-Sys, RedSpy). Strong understanding ofsystem networking and security protocols . Proficiency withvideo hardware : Matrox, Bluefish, Declink (capture/playout cards). Working experience withVizrt graphics systemsandAdobe Creative Suite . Familiarity with broadcast workflows, video formats, and compression standards. Ability to troubleshoot quickly in high-pressure live environments. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Good to HaveBasic knowledge of cloud-based broadcast or streaming workflows. Scripting or automation experience (Python, Shell, or similar).
