Responsibilities:
- Understand loneliness and progressive disorders among people of diverse age groups.
- Co-lead the community building with other members
- Plan and lead research on various interventions focused on curing Loneliness and related disorders
- Work closely with the Founder and Advisors to understand, strategize, and execute plans.
- Connect, execute, and sustain the mission with numerous communities and organizations in the US and India.
Ideal Candidate:
- A master's degree in Psychology is required
- Must have experience in counseling and therapies
- Passionate and committed to the role, willing to create, train, and lead the team of fellow psychologists
- An empathetic and compassionate attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Willing to associate for a longer term
- Have a visionary approach
Requirements:
- An open attitude toward new responsibilities
- Must have rationale decision-making abilities
- Willing to work in a hybrid mode
- Has a US B1/B2 visa (preferred)
- Willing to sign a formal contract for a minimum of 6 months
- Can hold online/in-person events/sessions/talks
