We are looking for a CRM professional to join our fast-paced, data-driven team in a high-growth consumer tech/startup environment. The role focuses on driving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value through campaign management and performance analytics.Key Responsibilities :- Plan, Execute and Optimize multichannel campaigns (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push) - Use tools like MoEngage, WebEngage, CleverTap to manage customer journeys. - Improve campaign performance based on key metrics like CTR, CVR, and retention - Collaborate with analytics teams to generate insights from Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc. - Maintain campaign hygiene, Data tracking and Customer segmentationIdeal Candidate :- 1–3 years’ experience in CRM, Digital Marketing or Analytics - Proficient with CRM tools, Excel and Data Dashboards - Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML/CSS is a plus - Strong communication, Logical reasoning and Problem-solving skills - Start-up mindset – Agile, Analytical and Result-orientedPerks :Best salary structure in the marketRapid career growth opportunitiesMedical insuranceFree lunch and snacksRegardsMadhusudan BEmail: madhusudan.b@nobroker.in
