Job Description :

Aatmunn is actively seeking candidates for a full-time QA automation testing position based in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of experience in the field and possess a strong skill set in automation testing tools and techniques, with proficiency in Selenium, Java, Appium, BDD, and API automation.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver for web application testing.

- Design and implement automated tests for mobile applications using Appium.

- Create and maintain test frameworks and infrastructure for efficient test execution.

- Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely bug identification.

- Implement Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) methodologies for test automation.

- Perform API testing to validate the functionality and performance of web services, particularly REST APIs.

- Participate in the planning and execution of test strategies, test plans, and test cases.

- Troubleshoot and debug automation scripts to identify and resolve issues.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QA automation and implement them as appropriate.

- Document test results, defects, and test cases for reference and reporting.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Rich experience in QA automation testing, with a focus on Selenium, Java, Appium, BDD, and API automation.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java for test automation scripting.

- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for web application testing.

- Strong understanding of mobile automation testing using Appium.

- Experience in implementing and executing BDD frameworks for test automation.

- Familiarity with API testing tools and techniques, particularly for RESTful APIs.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

- Effective communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
