Should have good experience in doing data uploads via HDL/HSDL templates.5. Should have good understanding of HCM roles and security.6. Knowledge on various customization tools would be a plus.7. Should have excellent analytical and debugging skills.8. Good at documentation, testing and migrating objects into production9. Good Communication skill and effectively dealing with business team
