Job Description :

- Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, workflows, plugins, HTML, JS, and Unified Interface

- Solid background using CRM foundational components.

- Microsoft Power Platform Microsoft Power Automate

- Web tools technologies & languages including ASP.net, HTML, JavaScript, XML, XLS, AJAX, JSON, .Net Core including multi-threaded applications.

- Cloud/on-prem databases such as Azure SQL, and SQL Server MS SSIS and other third-party connectors/integration tool such as Kingsway Soft.

- Technical & Functional documentation of software components.

- Provide troubleshooting and support for all environments.

- Microsoft Power Portals designing, configurations, and integrating with non-Power platform applications, UI development, and Liquid scripting.

- Code & project management tools including Git, TFS, JIRA, and Confluence

- Design tools using ER modelling, UML diagrams, and flow charts.

- Dynamics 365 CRM development environments, code merge, deployments, and CI/CD.

Required Skills :

- Experience with Azure cloud including authentication and resource management.

- Experience with QAD or SAP ERP integrations.

Key Inputs :

- Hands on experience on Data migrations and integrations, customizations, workflows, plugins - its various stages, javascript, Virtual entities, Power apps and database(on premise or cloud anything is fine).

- Knowledge on time outs, exception handling, scope, create connections, performance tuning, role based feature implementation, managed and unmanaged solutions etc.

- End to End CRM Development and implementation.

- Should be able to handle deployments to various environments.

- Experience in Sales and services, CRM Sales lifecycle.

- Should have good experience working with US clients, should be able to co-ordinate with client, understand the requirements, propose solutions and guide the team here in India as needed.
