Senior Test Engineer

Senior Test Engineer (f/m/d)For our office in Trivandrum, dSPACE is looking for creative and motivated professionals. You will work on exciting and technologically cutting-edge product development projects, in the areas of control prototyping and Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) simulation. We are offering a position, as a Senior Test Engineer for Validation and Tool chain testing team, to test our products. As part of the AGILE team, you will take responsibility for implementation, execution and documentation of test procedures, test cases from product requirements. In doing so, you can expect a variety of exciting, challenging, and diverse tasks that you will solve together as a team. During the induction period, your colleagues will support you to familiarize you with our products and tasks.Your Tasks
• You implement defined test concept and perform test implementation and execution of complex product or part of a product.
• You apply deep understanding of one or more products to validate customer workflows.
• You execute defined test procedures and the documentation of test results.
• You apply standard solution approaches from test theory while applying own experience.
• You develop and evaluate automated tests in a result-oriented manner.
• You contribute to our DevOps efforts to build, test, and release software faster and more reliable.
• You are technically oriented with a strong sense of teamwork, high customer focus and enjoy structured and explorative testing.Your Qualifications
• You have a B.Tech/M.Tech university degree in Computer Science/Electronics and Communication.
• You have minimum 5 years of experience and is eager to learn and open-minded.
• You have strong test engineering skills or want to build those.
• You have passion for writing automated tests using Python, C#, PowerShell
• You have good competency in UI testing.
• You are an ISTQB Certified Tester
• You are familiar with Agile software development and use of Azure DevOps and Git
• You have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.What We Offer
