Empower data-driven decision-making by designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality dashboards and reports. As a member of the PMO team, the Power BI Expert will convert raw data from systems such as ServiceNow and SAP Solution Manager into actionable insights, thereby supporting continuous improvement in reporting, process integration, and overall PMO performance.

Project roles and responsibilities :

Dashboard & Report Development :

- Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, integrating data from multiple sources (e.g., ServiceNow, SolMan, etc.).

- Translate complex business requirements into clear visualizations that provide real-time insights into projects, change management, and release cycles.

Data Optimization & Analysis :

- Optimize data models and ensure data accuracy and consistency across diverse sources.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and other PMO specialists to troubleshoot data issues and enhance report performance.

- Extract data reports from supporting project tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and SolMan.

Process Enhancement & E2E Integration :

- Identify and implement process improvements in reporting activities, including end-to-end integration tasks (e.g., KBR maintenance and data replication to HP ALM/SolMan).

- Document data flows and maintain clear reporting frameworks to support continuous process improvement.

PMO Integration & Methodology :

- Contribute to the PMO team by ensuring that Power BI insights align with overall PMO strategy and decision-making processes.

- Act as a methodology expert, proposing best practices for dashboarding and data analytics and supporting the future adoption of new reporting tools (e.g., BPMN Modular).

Goals and deliverables :

- Proven expertise in Power BI with a strong portfolio of designing complex dashboards (minimum 6 years' experience preferred).

- Extensive experience in data modeling, DAX, SQL, and integrating multiple data sources.

- Exceptional analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication skills and experience working collaboratively in distributed, multi-geographical teams.
