MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities and job duties will initially include but not limited to the following:

●Greet every customer as though they are entering your “home” with a genuine smile and happy enthusiasm.

●Create a comfortable atmosphere for customers.

●Determine customer’s needs and desires whilst developing their trust in you.

●Develop confidence in product knowledge.

●Invite every customer to come back again.

●Develop personal and company trade relationships with customers.

●Maintain constant awareness of inventory in order to deter loss or damage.

●Complete operational tasks as required in order to maintain the store and merchandise in optimum condition.

●Attempt an add-on with every sale so as not to send customers away who are in a buying mood.

●Handle all transactions with the utmost care and honesty.

●Continue to educate yourself and others on the products sold within the store.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

●Reaching personal sales goals.

●Providing each customer with an unforgettable sales experience through personalization and exemplary customer service.

●Accurately completing daily tasks given by manager/ supervisor.

●Maximize product knowledge.

●Store maintenance including daily and weekly counter cleaning duties.

●Protection of company assets.

REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

●Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience preferably with watches or luxury goods.

●Minimum of a high school diploma.

●Clean police record.

●Excellent customer service and communication skills.

●Must be fluent in English.
