The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in label and box design, mock-ups, and social media design. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing packaging, assets, and social media design. - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). - Strong understanding of branding, color theory, typography, and layout design. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Packaging Design:- Develop and design labels for various products.- Create mock-ups for product packaging.- Design innovative and functional box designs.- Conceptualize and execute ADD+ pack designs (e.g., spice mix packs, spray cards).Assets Design:- Design merchandise such as interactive game boards, giveaways, postcards, and more.- Create visually appealing designs for bar setups and related materials.- Develop collaterals for events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.Social Media:- Design engaging social media slates and stories for announcements and promotions.- Edit and enhance videos for social media platforms.- Edit and retouch photos to align with the brand's visual style.
