With a young and dynamic team, we ensure impactful storytelling and measurable results.✨Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic PR campaigns for5-6 clients across industries . Lead and mentor a team of2–4 PR executives , ensuring quality deliverables. Build and maintain strong relationships withmedia, influencers, and industry professionals . Create compellingpress releases, media pitches, thought leadership content, and campaign strategies . Securemedia coverageand manage press outreach acrossprint, digital, and broadcast platforms . Handlecrisis communicationstrategies and ensure effective brand reputation management. Collaborate with internal teams forintegrated brand-building efforts , including digital marketing. Strategize contentfor client campaigns across PR and digital platforms. Track and analysemedia coverage, campaign performance , and share insights with clients. Supportclient acquisition and business development efforts , including proposal preparation and presentations. Stay updated withPR trends and industry insights , proactively suggesting innovative strategies.Requirements: Minimum2+ years of experiencein Public Relations, preferably in anagency setup . Proven track record ofmanaging multiple clients simultaneously(5-6 at one point). Strongmedia relationswith the ability to secure coverage across sectors. Prior experience with tech and corporate clients -fintech, edtech, consumer tech, health tech, IT tech, SaaS startups, finance, etc Excellentcommunication, writing, and storytelling skills . Experience inclient servicing, relationship management, and team leadership . Proficiency inPR tools, media databases, and reporting analytics . Strong problem-solving, multitasking, andcrisis management skills .
