Role OverviewWe’re looking for aPython Developerwith 3–4 years of hands-on experience in backend development. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Python frameworks and has previously worked in fast-paced environments likeTravel Tech ,Fintech ,Food Delivery ,Logistics , orInsurTech . You’ll play a key role in designing and building backend systems, APIs, and integrations that scale efficiently and securely. What You’ll DoDevelop, test, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using Python. Collaborate with frontend, product, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end features. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. Work on third-party API integrations and data pipelines. Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and deployments. What We’re Looking For3–4 years of experience in backend development usingPython . Strong knowledge of frameworks such asDjango ,Flask , orFastAPI . Hands-on experience withRESTful APIs ,microservices , and databases ( PostgreSQL ,MySQL , orMongoDB ). Familiarity withcloud platforms(AWS, GCP, or Azure) andCI/CD pipelines . Experience with version control (Git) and containerization (Docker). Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design principles. Prior experience inTravel Tech ,Fintech ,Food Delivery ,Logistics , orInsurTechpreferred. Nice to HaveKnowledge of asynchronous task queues (Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ). Familiarity with Agile development and DevOps workflows. Basic exposure to analytics or automation tools.
