Role Overview:

As a Data Analyst at JK Lucent, you will play a critical role in interpreting data to drive successful outcomes for our clients. This position requires a blend of analytical prowess, technical expertise, and business acumen to support decision-making processes across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets relating to customers' interactions and business processes.
• Implement and manage CRM tools with a primary focus on Hubspot to enhance customer relationship management strategies.
• Utilize CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) techniques to improve the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
• Develop and maintain scalable data models within Data Lakes to support data aggregation and retrieval.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide data-driven insights.
• Use Segment IO as a Customer Data Platform to integrate, clean, and structure data for strategic analysis.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations of findings for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3 to 7 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong experience in CRM platforms, particularly Hubspot.
• Proficient in CRO strategies and tools.
• Experienced in managing and analyzing data within Data Lakes.
• Familiarity with Segment IO or similar Customer Data Platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
