Job Description:We are hiring an experienced Workday Test Lead to manage and execute testing efforts for Workday payroll configurations and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Workday Payroll testing, global payroll vendor integrations, and downstream system validation.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end testing for Workday integrations with global payroll vendors.Validate Workday payroll configurations including pay groups, period schedules, allowances, and other payroll components.Perform integration testing with downstream systems like General Ledger (GL) and Time & Attendance systems.Create, manage, and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and defect tracking reports.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT.Ensure testing compliance with project timelines and quality standards.Deliver test reports and provide inputs to improve the quality and efficiency of testing processes.Key Skills:Strong experience in Workday Payroll Testing and Workday Integration Testing.Knowledge of Workday Payroll Configuration elements (e.g., pay groups, allowances, pay periods).Hands-on experience in testing integrations with downstream systems like GL, Time Tracking, etc.Proficient in test documentation, defect management tools, and reporting.Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
