Required Information Details
Role**Service Now Developer
Desired Experience Range**5-8 years
Location of Requirement Hyderabad/Bangalore/Pune/Kolkata
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
o 5+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.
o Detailed understanding of ITIL framework
o Experienced on requirement gathering and customer handling.
o Experience with Service catalog creation
o Experience in CMDB module
o Configure application related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles and access controls
o Proficient in all areas of ServiceNow development and configuration including Business Rules, ACLs, Script Includes, UI Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Pages, UI Macros, and UI Policies
o Design and develop moderately complex scripts, workflows and integrations to create custom applications in ServiceNow.
o Strong knowledge on HTML, CSS, Javascript technology
o Proficient in the development of web services (and the associated security patterns) including Json, SOAP, REST and XML
o Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs
o Experience in report creation
Minimum Qualification:
15 years of full-time education
