Piping Layout Engineer
in
Chennai . This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex piping projects in a
2D/3D model environment , contributing to the design, layout, and engineering of piping systems for
process, oil & gas plants . If you have strong technical expertise in piping engineering and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply
What We Need:A skilled
Piping Layout Engineer
with strong technical knowledge.Expertise in
piping engineering systems, calculations, and 3D software .Experience in
preparing and reviewing piping layouts, equipment layouts, and material specifications .Ability to guide a team of engineers and designers.Familiarity with
international standards & codes .Strong
communication and interpersonal skills .
What Will You Do:Work within a
2D/3D model environment
to produce project-specific documents.Prepare and check
Piping GADs/Layouts
for
Tanks, Pumps, Exchangers, Drums, and Pipe Racks .Design
new lines in existing areas
using a
3D model .Execute
piping engineering tasks , including
material specifications, isometrics, piping arrangements, and support drawings .Assist in
proposal preparation .Prepare
bulk, intermediate, and final MTOs .Review vendor
technical and commercial quotations
and make recommendations.Supervise
data/document management
within the project.Participate in
project meetings, technical reviews, and safety reviews .
