Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, focusing on functional design, configuration, and implementation. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements, develop solutions, and enhance our customer relationship management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, understanding business processes, and translating them into technical specifications.
  • Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications to meet the business needs, including forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
  • System Integration: Support integration of Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems and applications.
  • User Training & Support: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively leverage Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test cases to ensure the functionality meets business requirements; document results and work with developers to resolve issues.
  • Project Management: Assist in project planning and resource allocation for CRM implementations, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation related to system configurations, user manuals, and training materials.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest Dynamics 365 updates and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous system improvements and new functionalities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service,Marketing) and their functionalities.
  • Experience with Azure, Power Platform, and other Microsoft technologies is a plus.
  • Proven ability to understand and interpret complex business processes and translate them into system requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
