Position: Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing

Reporting: Digital Marketing Head

Job Location: Corporate Office - Delhi

Experience: Proven relevant work experience of minimum 4 - 8 years

Job Brief:

- We are looking for a talented digital marketing specialist for our OTC brands. Candidate will manage our company's image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

- Should have sound knowledge of basics of brand marketing that are applicable to digital

- Candidate should be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies, social media trends and paid advertising platforms, should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company's views creatively.

- Should be able to handle our brand's social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

- Set specific objectives and report on ROI

- Should align with agencies for generating, sharing & publishing content daily

- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics

- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency

- Handle shoots for digital independently giving quality creative inputs to aid the brand.

- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews, should have capability to operate listening tool.

- Oversee brand's visual identity on digital.

- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness,

- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

- Oversee media promotions for our brands for driving metrics such as engagement, reach, frequency etc. Will also be overseeing media promotions to drive sales through our D2C platform

- Should be prompt enough to align select, brief, publish influencer content timely.

- Keep an eye on latest moment marketing trends.

Requirements and skills:

- Hands on experience in content management

- Excellent copywriting skills

- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics

- Knowledge of online marketing channels

- Familiarity with web design

- Excellent communication skills

- Analytical and multitasking skills

- Comfortable with travel
