Data Engineer

Job Location : Mumbai.

Job Type : Full Time.

Experience : 5 to 8 years.

Skill Set : Snowflake And SQL.

Responsibilities :

- Proficiency in crafting and optimizing complex SQL queries for data transformation, aggregation, and analysis.

- Experience with Snowflake cloud data warehousing service, including data loading, querying, and administration.

- Ability to design and implement data models, applying both relational and dimensional modeling techniques, within Snowflake.

- In-depth understanding of ETL processes and methodologies, leveraging Snowflake's capabilities.

- Convert Oracle stored procs to Snowflake.

- Create Snowflake SQL queries to add and update data, create stored procs.

- Aware of basic snowflake functionalities like query history.

- Should be able to optimize the queries.

- Extract query output / data reports in excel and share with the biz. team.

Required Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in visual reporting development, including hands-on development of analytics dashboards and working with complex data sets.

- SQL Server expertise.

- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and organizational skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines.
