Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated Cyber Assurance Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our platform management capabilities and maturing our overall Cyber Assurance program by streamlining processes and enabling more efficient and actionable metric reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

Platform Management and Maintenance :

- Engage and collaborate with partner business functions, ensuring platform and program adoption, and tracking ongoing action items/issues.

- Serve as primary point of contact for management of relevant Vulnerability Management (e.g., Tenable, Armis), Security Control Validation (e.g., Adaptive Shield), and other Cyber Assurance platforms, including ensuring applications are kept up to date and achieving operational excellence.

- Liaise with product vendors and follow up on outstanding requests to ensure timely resolution.

Data Model Automation and Maintenance :

- Take ownership of creating and managing automated data-driven workflows, consolidating multiple data sources into centralized data management platform (Snowflake, Delphi Pyramid).

- Leverage SQL, Python, and other data management skills to support the development and optimization of our databases and models.

- Maintain and oversee data integrations, including API development, and liaising with vendor platforms to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

Enhance Overall Program Maturity :

- Design dynamic reporting capabilities and new/improved metrics to support the success of the overall program.

- Manage program-level Confluence sites to enable partner functions and ensure resources are kept up to date.

- Strive for operational excellence in day-to-day management of applications and associated data.

Qualifications :

- 3+ years experience with cybersecurity and risk management; experience with vulnerability management and automated control validation (continuous monitoring) preferred.

- Experience with managing SaaS platforms, and associated integrations and/or data connectivity.

- Experience with managing vulnerability management applications (network scanners, traffic sniffers, etc.) and data management/aggregation platforms (Snowflake, Tableau, etc.)

- Experience with building data models/reports based on business requirements.

- Proficiency in SQL, Python and fundamental development skills.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with various business functions.

- Detail-oriented with demonstrated time and resource management skills.
