What you'll be doing:

Debugging and troubleshooting existing RPGLE programs to ensure smooth business operations

Handling and maintaining pre-existing codebases with precision and accountability

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new programming solutions

Supporting enhancements, upgrades, and optimizations on the AS400 platform

What we're looking for:

Strong hands-on experience in RPGLE programming

Proven ability to debug and resolve complex issues quickly

Comfort in working with large, established codebases

Ability to contribute to both maintenance and new development projects

Team player mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Good in documentation
