Description :Position : SAP TM Technical Architect / Principal ConsultantExperience : 10- 15 years overall SAP technical experience (minimum 8 years in SAP TM technical)Location : Pune/BangaloreNotice Period : 0-30 daysJob Description :Roles & Responsibilities :- Develop and enhance SAP TM components using BOPF, BRF+, PPF, FPM, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.- Drive and support SAP TM version upgrade projects, ensuring smooth transition, compatibility checks, and regression handling.- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.- Handle performance optimization, issue resolution, and integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and external systems.- Mentor and guide technical teams, ensuring adherence to SAP TM best practices and development standards.Required Skills :- Strong hands-on experience in SAP TM technical frameworks (BOPF, BRF+, PPF, FPM).- In-depth understanding of SAP TM functional areas such as Order Management, Freight Planning, and Charge Management.- Experience in SAP integration technologies (PI/PO, CPI, IDoc, Web Services) preferred.- Proven experience in SAP TM upgrade or migration projects (e.g., TM 9.x to S/4HANA TM).- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.- Proven experience in SAP TM implementation and support.- Strong knowledge of SAP Transportation Management module.- Experience with ABAP programming and SAP integration.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
