Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Test Solutions Development :

- Develop and implement base station and O-RU/O-DU test solutions.

- Focus on ORAN Conformance test, 3GPP Base Station Conformance or Design Validation test.

- Work with mMIMO and beamforming technology to ensure optimal performance and compliance.

Technical Expertise and Continuous Learning :

- Maintain a strong understanding of base station test applications, OTA technology, and ORAN Fronthaul protocol.

- Stay updated with advancements in RF/mmW and wireless technology.

- Apply new knowledge to improve test solutions and stay competitive in the field.

Software Development :

- Utilize multiple programming languages such as C/C++, C#, and Matlab to develop test solutions.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components and ensure system functionality.

Communication and Presentation :

- Produce clear and convincing documentation and reports.

- Communicate ideas effectively in both large and small group settings.

- Deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders and clients.

Problem Solving :

- Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to base station and O-RU/O-DU test solutions.

- Apply analytical and logical thinking to troubleshoot problems and optimize performance.

Qualifications :

Experience : Typically 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in application engineering or software development.

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of base station test applications, OTA technology, and ORAN Fronthaul protocol.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, C#, and Matlab.

- Experience with RF/mmW and wireless technology
