Role Overview
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in creating and managing dynamic marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid marketing platforms. Your primary goal will be to run campaigns that generate high-quality leads, contributing directly to our growth and success in the competitive B2B software services sector.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Development: Craft and execute compelling marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid platforms, tailored to generate leads for Compunnel's Microsoft Services.
- Tools and Technology: Utilize Salesforce for customer relationship management, MailChimp for email marketing campaigns, and HubSpot for inbound marketing activities. Proficiency in these tools is crucial for success in this role.
- Salesforce Automation: Leverage Salesforce automation to streamline campaign processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in lead generation activities.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize and improve future strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align campaign goals with business objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to target market segments.
- Market Insights: Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in performance marketing, especially within the B2B software services industry and the US market, to keep our campaigns at the cutting edge.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns.
- Extensive experience in managing social media campaigns, email marketing campaigns, and paid marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, MailChimp, and HubSpot is mandatory. Experience with Salesforce automation is highly desirable.
- Solid background in the B2B software services industry, with specific experience catering to the US market.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, translate it into actionable insights, and improve campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
