Role Overview :


As a Technical Lead at eBizneeds, you will lead a team of developers to deliver innovative IT development projects with a primary focus on backend development using PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter) and the MERN stack. Your role includes providing technical leadership, solving complex software issues, driving architectural decisions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable custom web solutions.


Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (KRA) :


Leadership & Team Management :


- Lead a team of PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter) and MERN Stack developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and agile methodologies. Mentor junior developers.


Project Delivery :


- Oversee end-to-end development of custom web solutions, managing timelines, collaborating with Product and UI/UX teams to define goals and technical requirements.


Backend Development (PHP/Laravel/CodeIgniter) :


- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems. Optimize performance, implement RESTful APIs, and manage third-party integrations.


Full Stack Development (MERN Stack) :


- Architect front-end applications using React.js and implement scalable backend services with Node.js and Express.js. Manage MongoDB for database Problem-Solving :


- Troubleshoot software issues, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality software delivery.


- Stay updated with the latest technologies.


Systems Integration & Modernization :


- Lead third-party system integrations and oversee legacy system modernization to scalable architectures.


Client Collaboration :


- Gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and offer support. Lead technical discussions with clients.


Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Advanced expertise in PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter), MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, and version control (Git).


- Experience leading development teams and managing projects using agile methodologies.


- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with scalable solutions.


- Bachelor's/Masters in Computer Science or related field


- Relevant certifications preferred.
