We are looking for a highly skilled Product Owner to join our growing team.

As the Product Owner, you will serve as the voice of the customer, guiding the development of cutting-edge GenAI solutions such as co-pilot features and automated AI-driven recommendations.

Your role will be essential in defining and prioritizing the product roadmap, managing the product backlog, and ensuring that product development aligns with our business goals, including reducing third-party spend, minimizing supplier risk, and meeting clients' Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) targets.

This is a critical role in a fast-paced environment where the successful candidate will be able to work closely with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, engineering, and design teams, to deliver high-quality, value-driven products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for GenAI features and solutions.

- Create a compelling vision for AI-driven products such as co-pilot features and automated AI recommendations, and ensure alignment with company objectives and customer needs.

- Own, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring that all work aligns with the business objectives.

- Collaborate with the Scrum team, stakeholders, and business units to create and maintain a clear, actionable backlog of features, user stories, and technical requirements.

- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including product teams, business leaders, and customers, to gather detailed product requirements and feedback.

- Work with the development team to ensure these requirements are translated into clear, achievable product increments.

- Act as the liaison between stakeholders and the development team, managing expectations and ensuring alignment across all teams.

- Lead the product efforts related to enterprise procurement solutions, ensuring the product delivers value by reducing third-party spend, mitigating supplier risk, and supporting clients in meeting their ESG goals.

- Ensure that the product design and features align with industry best practices for procurement and supply chain management.

- Collaborate with the Scrum Master and development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product increments.

- Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance and success metrics, adjusting priorities and strategies as needed.

- Lead ideation and prototyping sessions to create innovative solutions, rapidly validating and iterating ideas for new product features.

- Create and communicate product prototypes, feature specs, and user flows to drive early-stage product validation.

- Work to continuously improve the product lifecycle process by evaluating team performance, gathering feedback, and optimizing workflows.

- Help ensure that product development processes support scalability and sustainability as the product evolves.

Skills & Qualifications :

Proven Experience :

- 6-10 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally within a Scrum environment.

- Experience with enterprise SaaS products, particularly in procurement, AI/ML-based solutions, or supply chain management.

- Background in delivering high-value GenAI or AI-driven solutions, including familiarity with co-pilot features and automated recommendations powered by AI agents.

- Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier risk management, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) goals.

- Experience building or managing solutions that support organizations in reducing third-party spend and enhancing procurement practices.

- Experience working with AI, ML, or GenAI-based products is highly desirable, with knowledge of emerging technologies in the space.

- Familiarity with AI-driven automation and recommendations, particularly within enterprise software solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and clients.

- Experience presenting product concepts and roadmaps to executives, teams, and stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.

- Proven experience working in an Agile environment with an understanding of Scrum methodologies.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with Scrum Masters, development teams, and business stakeholders to deliver product increments that align with business priorities
